Creator partnerships
Turn your expertise into a product your audience can use, with DNA Lab handling the research, writing, design, setup and agreed launch work.
You bring the expertise and audience relationship. We build together and earn through an agreed share of sales. There is no upfront DNA Lab service fee.
No sales means no DNA Lab service fee. Platform costs and agreed adjustments are separate.
Research, planning, product structure, writing, design, packaging and agreed setup, launch and operational work.
Subject expertise, original examples, authorised materials, feedback, approvals and the agreed introduction of the offer to your audience.
Claudio shares his full identity during the introductory call, before any agreement, work or exchange of confidential material. Applicable contracting and tax details are provided for the proposed relationship.
The product may run through a DNA Lab-controlled Whop setup. Your expertise and Creator Materials remain yours, you approve the finished work, and you can ask to stop new sales.
Your name, likeness, images, voice, brand, logo, accounts, audience and underlying expertise remain yours. Your pre-existing work and the original methods, frameworks, text, stories and educational material you contribute are identified as Creator Materials and remain yours.
For a revenue-share partnership, DNA Lab owns the new product asset it creates: its original copy, structure, design, packaging, sequencing and other original components, including AI-assisted elements to the extent rights exist and can be held. Creator Materials and third-party components are excluded from that ownership.
The agreement identifies both sets of materials and the permissions needed to integrate, publish, sell and support the product. DNA Lab does not receive a general right to commercialise your identity or material. You do not receive a general right to take the DNA Lab-created product and sell it independently outside the agreement.
We invest production and operational work before receiving a service fee. Product ownership protects the revenue-share mechanism that pays for that work; it does not give us ownership of your knowledge. If DNA Lab permanently withdraws, the continuity provisions below prevent ownership from trapping the creator.
Your creator accounts remain yours. The product may be operated through a DNA Lab-controlled Whop setup, with you connected through revenue sharing. You use your own Whop account to receive and view credited amounts. We do not need your password.
DNA Lab normally handles the listing, setup, technical product management, customer support, ordinary refund requests and chargebacks. Operational control is balanced by your approval, reporting, split-protection and stop-sales rights.
The supplier identified to customers, receipt and tax arrangements, platform role and customer-data responsibilities are confirmed for the actual setup before launch. Control of a dashboard alone does not establish every legal role.
You receive or can inspect relevant records for gross sales, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, mandatory fees, agreed affiliate commissions, other approved adjustments, the revenue base and your share. We reconcile differences; an isolated payout figure is not the whole report.
The agreed split cannot be changed unilaterally. An unauthorised change is a material breach: DNA Lab must restore the correct split, pay any shortfall and provide the relevant records, and the creator has the right to terminate. Platform settings do not override this commitment.
Reports use aggregate or redacted data where possible. Economic transparency does not give either party an unrestricted customer mailing list.
The final product, sales page, initial pricing, use of your name or likeness, substantial product or offer changes, material claims and testimonials associated with your reputation.
Changes to the split, major prices or discounts, large giveaways or goodwill refunds, unusual affiliate deals, access commitments, positioning or other decisions that materially affect the economics or your reputation.
DNA Lab can handle ordinary support, refunds under the agreed policy, typos, formatting, minor layout, technical fixes and non-substantive CTA tests that do not change meaning, reputation or economics.
Legal or platform requirements and urgent customer protection may need prompt action. We explain the action and its impact; it does not create permission for unrelated commercial changes.
You can ask us to stop new sales. We act promptly, with an operational target of 24–48 hours after a valid request, subject to technical or exceptional issues. We explain any delay and the steps being taken.
Stopping new sales does not erase existing access, support, earned revenue or applicable refund obligations. The plan covers active subscriptions, access periods, recent orders, affiliate links and scheduled campaigns, including whether renewals must be disabled.
If DNA Lab closes, permanently withdraws or can no longer support the partnership, the creator receives the product files, relevant source files, operating information, necessary rights and access reasonably needed to continue the product and serve existing customers. Transfers must respect third-party licences, privacy duties and platform rules; where an account cannot be transferred, the agreement provides for an alternative export, licence or migration route.
Claudio leads the work. Before launch, the agreement defines triggers and practical handover arrangements for prolonged incapacity, permanent unavailability, account loss or other major interruption. It must not rely only on Claudio being available to send the files.
Necessary product files, permitted access and rights to continue the specific product; no automatic transfer of unrelated DNA Lab systems or confidential methods. Customer data is transferred only where permitted and needed for continuity.
The written agreement records scope, contributions, Creator Materials, product rights, permissions, review stages, milestones, revenue calculation, reporting, refunds, support, data handling, ending the relationship and continuity.
Each side remains responsible for its own material, actions and contractual commitments. Creator approval does not remove DNA Lab’s responsibility for its own work. Liability and any claim-handling obligations are agreed fairly for the actual project.
We look for relevant expertise, an audience with a useful problem to solve and a creator willing to contribute, review and promote. There is no universal follower threshold.
DNA Lab is early-stage, with no completed creator partnerships or public client case studies yet. Ask about a private demonstration and we will confirm what is available.
Research helps select a direction to test; it does not guarantee demand, product-market fit or revenue.
