Revenue-share partnership
DNA Lab owns the new product asset it creates as the basis for its share of sales. Your original methods, material, identity and expertise remain yours. Written licences define the permissions on both sides.
Services
Digital products, research, launch work and supporting content developed around your expertise, your voice and the people you serve.
Our core model is a creator partnership, where several of these capabilities come together around one shared commercial goal. Standalone deliverables are available when you need something more focused.
Every project combines creator expertise with human-reviewed work. AI tools may assist research and drafting; they do not replace approval or guarantee accuracy or sales.
01 / Content & scripts
We turn ideas into scripts that give your audience a clear reason to keep watching, listening or reading. Research, hooks, structure, examples and calls to action are shaped around how you communicate.
YouTube scripts, short-form video scripts, podcast outlines, webinar scripts, lesson scripts, campaign copy and alternative hooks.
We work from your source material and feedback to preserve your vocabulary, opinions and perspective.
02 / Digital products
We help choose a focused topic, organise the material, develop the content and design the finished resource. The format follows what your audience needs to do with it.
Ebooks, practical guides, playbooks, workbooks, checklists and editable templates.
Your methods and examples provide the substance. We help make them clear, usable and consistent with your brand.
A focused question.
A useful method.
A practical next step.
03 / Courses & education
We organise what you know into a learning path, then help develop the lessons and supporting material. Each module should have a clear purpose and give the learner something to understand or apply.
Course outlines, lesson scripts, slide structures, exercises, worksheets and workshop materials.
You provide and validate the subject expertise. Teaching, recording and any production beyond the agreed materials are defined in the project scope.
Practice: explain your next step in your own words.
04 / Audience research
We analyse public profiles, posts, comments, interactions and recurring questions to identify possible demand patterns. Some collection and analysis may use automated third-party tools. Relevant private materials are optional and handled separately by agreement.
Audience research summaries, survey questions, feedback forms, opportunity maps and small demand-test plans.
Public engagement can suggest interest. It does not prove people will buy.
05 / Offers & launches
We help explain who the product is for, what it contains and why it may be useful. Launch support connects the product with the audience through clear messaging and an agreed delivery setup.
Offer positioning, sales-page copy, landing pages, product descriptions, launch emails, launch checklists and agreed Whop setup.
You approve the product, sales page, initial price, claims and use of your identity before launch. A DNA Lab-controlled product setup, support responsibilities, revenue calculation and customer arrangements are defined separately.
06 / Partnership support & operations
Some partnerships need more than the core product itself. When useful, we can support launch planning, customer insight, content coordination and practical workflows that help the collaboration run smoothly.
Launch plans, customer feedback reviews, audience insight summaries, content calendars, production trackers, customer resources and lightweight workflow documents.
These are supporting capabilities, not the main DNA Lab offer. Their role depends on what the partnership actually needs.
DNA Lab owns the new product asset it creates as the basis for its share of sales. Your original methods, material, identity and expertise remain yours. Written licences define the permissions on both sides.
For a standalone paid project, you own the final commissioned deliverable once fully paid, subject to the agreed project terms. DNA Lab retains its pre-existing IP, reusable templates, tools, methods and internal systems. Any exceptions or third-party licence limits are identified before work starts, with the rights needed to use the finished deliverable.
We use specialised third-party AI tools and internal workflows together with manual research, human judgement and creator review.
Our tools and methods support partnerships and selected projects. They are not sold as standalone software. We explain deliverables, decisions and relevant data practices while keeping internal tooling and production know-how confidential.
